how is the hot tub filled?Hot tubs are filled with water from an outside tap, or with an adaptor from your kitchen or bathroom, which we provide. You will need to supply the hose pipe and fill the tub yourself after we have set it up.

BOOKING DATESOn the booking calendar please select the when you would like the hire to start & the duration, ( minimum of 3 days ) for example if you chose 3 days 15th 16th 17th we would set it up on the 14th & as it takes 24 hours to heat ( unless we can connect to a hot tap, then we would set it on the 15th ) and we would collect on the 18th.

WHAT'S INCLUDEDYou will receive your hot tub of choice, ( four to choose from ) full chemical kit, & instructional walkthrough “ on how to take care of your tub” guide. We setup and take away everything for you.

WHAT DO I NEED?For your hot tub, you will need a space of 2 x 2.5 metres & a flat level surface. Tubs can be placed on grass, patio, small stone gravel, or decking ( as long as it is strong enough to hold the weight ) You will also need a outside tap & hose pipe to fill your tub. We will set everything up for you, you will just need to fill the tub up yourself. We do have some spare hoses & tap connectors. For Gazebos you need a space of 320x320cm. You will also need to check the postcode chart at homepage & checkout to see if there is a delivery fee applicable to your area.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SETUP & PACK AWAYA basic hot tub only setup & pack away will take no longer than 30 minuets, if gazebo is required an extra 10-15 minutes.

DELIVERYDelivery of the hot tub will be made 24 hours before your hire start day, to allow the water to heat. In some cases we may deliver the hot tub on the actual start day but fill directly from your hot kitchen tap which we will provide the connectors for. We will contact you with a delivery time roughly 48 hours before the delivery day.

COLLECTIONCollection of the hot tub will be made usually in the morning before 11am, and we prefer that there is somebody there, however if not possible we just need access to a power supply to drain the water from your tub down the nearest drain. So if you have an outside socket or can leave an extension out your window we can pop it back through once we are done.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HEAT?Our Tubs usually take 24-36 hours to heat up depending on the outside temperature. During winter months it is more beneficial for the customer to fill the tub with hot water. For this you will need a combi boiler and we supply the tap adaptor.

HOW DO I BOOK? & CAN I CANCEL AT ANY TIME?You can book by checking our availability & book directly online using the Book Now button. We do ask for payment in full when booking, however if you would like to spread the cost or pay cash on the day please reach out to us using the contact form.😊 We understand that life can get in the way sometimes & plans change so if you wish to cancel, we can offer to change the date of hire for so you don't miss out, however if you did wish to cancel completely we do take a missed opportunity fee of 20% If cancelled inside 14 days of the hire, 50% if less than 7 days & 80% if less than 48 hours.

SECURITY DEPOSITWe don't take a security deposit on delivery, however by agreeing to the terms and conditions you are liable for any damages up to £250.00.

BANK HOLIDAY PRICE?Unlike other hirers, our prices stay the same over bank holidays, but increase slightly over Christmas and New Year.
